I live in the Pennines, an outstandingly beautiful part of England which is covered by a large amount of moorland. My fiancé and I spend a lot of our time criss-crossing these moors and our current home is between three television masts; Holme Moss, Emley Moor and the twin masts we call the home spikes. We always know we’re nearly home from our travels when we see the ‘spikes’; ‘Holme Spike’, ‘Home Spikes’ and hmmm ‘Spike’… maybe you have to be there.
